I am giving Bocage Apartments an overall rating of 4 stars. I am currently entering my fifth year of residency, and overall, my experience has been very positive. PeggyAnn is always so helpful and patient with us. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and my neighbors are friendly and respectful, which creates a pleasant living environment.
The apartment layout is a major highlight. The master bedroom is very spacious, and the second bedroom is also a good, comfortable size. Additionally, the living room and dining area are larger than average, which is a significant advantage.
The main areas for improvement would be the kitchen and bathrooms, as they could benefit from modernization. The appliances are quite dated, and while they are still functional, their age is noticeable.
The pool areas are well-maintained and enjoyable, particularly during the summer months. The picnic area is also very nice and spacious, though additional amenities could enhance the space further.
Unfortunately, the fitness center is the most disappointing aspect. I have been actively working on improving my fitness over the past two years, but the gym equipment is outdated and noisy. The treadmill in particular has stopped unexpectedly while in use, which raises safety concerns.
Overall, Bocage Apartments offers a peaceful community, generous living space, and a positive long-term living experience. With updates to the gym and apartment fixtures, it would be an even stronger community
