As far as apartments go, you won't find better for the price in this area. It has its issues, but most apartment complexes do. Rent is affordable, the residents are a nice sort of people. Maintenance is friendly. It is located on a safe part of Conway and conveniently close to 7-11. The lawn company does a terrible job, and the pool could stand to be cleaned more. All in all, it's a good place to live if you are going to choose an apartment.

The management is terrible. My boyfriend misplaced his house key and needed to leave for work. He went into the office to let management know he needed someone to lock up for him. The manager said to come back later, as she was waiting on people. He ended up calling to confirm she was able to lock up and she did. I come home and the door is unlocked. This is ridiculous and the first of many problems with this apartment complex

This place is quite ridiculous. Staff is more concerned with staying neutral than facing the problems of other tenants. Raising the rent an additional $50 without any updates or improvements to the apartments. And now no longer including the washer and dryer in the rent. Claims they're "$100 under market value" but the property value is way under the standard 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments. Can't wait to leave.

Quiet, safe, and very well maintained property! The women in the office as well as the maintenance men are very pleasant people! I highly recommend Bocage!
