Lots of long term residents here. Well managed and one of the nicest apartments in Conway.

Like many other past tenants are complaining. The rent when up over 200 $ from my first year to the second one. No parking available pretty much u have to pray for parking on your way back from work. Been here almost 3 years and the issue with the gate is all a bunch of lies. I was told that they would get fix but it's been almost 3 years and nothing happened. But the side we're the manager lives the gate it's locked all the time. An also very clean. Again this place used to be very quiet, but it has become over run with drugs and thief's robbing apartments in daylight. Lowlifes with their pitbulls running free without restraint. Males walking around with no shirt on on shorts. I've made aware the menager with no positive outcome. The fitness room like other parts of the complex is full of absolute junk from and old era. No maintenance at all. All in All I don't recommend no one to move to this complex.

This complex used to be affordable. With the rise of rents in Orlando, this complex has raised rents the more than any other apartment complex. It's a shame because it was a small, cute, family owned complex. In the last few years it seems the patriarch of the family passed and since then whomever is running the business has become greedy. The washer/dryers in the units have been removed unless you wanted to pay way more than they were worth to keep them. Rents keep going up when nothing has been updated in these apartments, all the appliances are quite old, water stains from leaks are never taken care of, and even the things they used to do like replace your air filter once a month has stopped all in the name of greed. The worst was that the gates in the front of the complex broke and instead of fixing it, the electronic hardware for the gate was removed and now they are permanently open, with NO PLANS to fix it. Oh, and we got a new water billing company and we all get charged a rate that is just divided among the apartments. You do NOT get charged for what you use because they won't pay to have the individual water meters repaired. Not installed, they are there, but repaired. Instead they would rather charge people for water they didn't actually use. How do you know they aren't charging you for water that the complex itself uses for the sprinklers or other community needs? You don't!

Nice but not so quiet area. Inside the complex its quiet but on the otherside of the wall where 7/11 is at. There's always noise pollution at all hours. Other than that, no complaints. Move in was fast simple and easy. Friendly staff at the club house. Complex is clean and neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Iâm completely mind blown with this place. rent went up $200.00 and now they change water company and our water bill went from $23.00 tops to $91.00 ð¯ unbelievable.

Check for MOLD before signing a lease! Ducts are not cleaned regularly, black mold is not removed. Other than that, walls are thin and area is noisy. The best thing about this complex is seeing it in my rear view mirror! Greed at its finest. Founding family should be ashamed.

Older apartments but good storage, place for stackable washer/dryer (not included) and screened in porches. Maintenance was good at their jobs. Few amenities as a complex in whole. Right inbetween Orlando's downtown and airport so good location but noisy and not much in walking distance.

I agree with the previously stated comment please read carefully. The place constantly has glass and nails on the side walks, dont walk barefoot to the pool.
